What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Grosharelimited over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Grosharelimited - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
1. Dubious Corporate Structure & Offshore Shenanigans
GroShareLimited claims to be a legitimate investment platform, but a quick dive into its corporate structure reveals a maze of shell companies and offshore registrations.
Registered in secrecy-friendly jurisdictions (think Belize, Seychelles, or other places where transparency goes to die).
Frequent name changes and rebranding efforts, a classic move for companies trying to outrun their bad reputation.
No verifiable physical headquarters—just a series of virtual offices and PO boxes, perfect for a company that prefers shadows over sunlight.
If this doesn’t scream “trust us, we’re totally legit,” I don’t know what does.
2. A History of Regulatory Warnings & Scam Allegations
Here’s where it gets spicy. GroShareLimited (or whatever it was called last week) has been flagged by multiple financial watchdogs:
Warnings from the FCA (UK), SEC (US), and ASIC (Australia) for operating without proper licenses.
Linked to Ponzi-like schemes, where early investors are paid with new investors’ money—until the music stops.
Multiple user complaints about withdrawal issues, frozen accounts, and outright theft.
But hey, I’m sure all those regulators are just misunderstanding GroShareLimited’s innovative business model, right?
3. Aggressive Censorship & Legal Threats
Now, here’s the real kicker: GroShareLimited isn’t just sketchy—it’s actively trying to silence anyone who exposes it.
DMCA takedowns against journalists and bloggers who report on its scams.
Threatening legal letters to forums and social media users who share negative experiences.
Fake “defamation” claims to intimidate critics, despite all evidence being verifiable.
Nothing says “we’re an honest company” like suing people for telling the truth.
Why Is GroShareLimited So Desperate to Hide the Truth?
Reason 1: They’re Running Out of New Victims
Ponzi schemes only work as long as fresh money keeps flowing in. With increasing scrutiny, GroShareLimited needs to suppress bad press to keep luring in unsuspecting investors.
Reason 2: Authorities Are Closing In
Regulators don’t take kindly to unlicensed financial operations. By silencing whistleblowers, GroShareLimited buys time before the inevitable crackdown.
Reason 3: Their Business Model Relies on Deception
If people knew the truth—that their “investment” is just funding earlier payouts while the founders siphon off profits—nobody would sign up.
A Call to Action: How to Stop GroShareLimited’s Scam
1. Spread the Word (Before They Censor It)
GroShareLimited is banking on silence. Share this investigation, tag regulators, and post on forums they haven’t bullied into submission yet.
2. Report to Authorities
File complaints with the SEC, FCA, or your local financial regulator.
Submit evidence of fraud, censorship, and threats.
3. Warn Potential Investors
Every person who avoids GroShareLimited is a victory against fraud.
Final Thoughts: GroShareLimited’s Days Are Numbered
The harder a company fights to hide its secrets, the more obvious it becomes that those secrets are damning. GroShareLimited’s censorship campaign isn’t just shady—it’s an admission of guilt.
So, to the executives at GroShareLimited (if you’re reading this): Your threats won’t work this time. The truth is out, and no amount of legal bullying can put it back in the box.
And to the investors considering this “opportunity”: Run.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
