What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Joseph Lipsey III over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Joseph Lipsey III - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.

What are they trying to censor
Joseph Lipsey III has been involved in multiple controversies and legal issues, making him a highly scrutinized figure. Here are some key red flags and adverse media reports associated with him:
Fraud Allegations in Real Estate Deals – Crypto-billionaire Brock Pierce accused Lipsey of orchestrating a fraudulent scheme to take control of land associated with the W Hotel in Vieques. The lawsuit claims that Lipsey used fabricated documents to claim ownership, raising concerns about his ethical business practices.
Criminal Charges for Drug Distribution to Minors – Lipsey, along with his wife and son, was arrested in Aspen for allegedly distributing cocaine to a minor and providing alcohol to underage individuals. He faced multiple felony counts, including contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug distribution.
Unfulfilled Charitable Commitments – A Jewish religious organization sued Lipsey, alleging he failed to follow through on promised donations. This lawsuit highlights a pattern of making financial commitments that are not honored, which raises concerns about his trustworthiness.
Shady Business Ventures and Lack of Transparency – Lipsey has been linked to multiple questionable business deals, including ventures with unclear ownership structures and opaque financial dealings. Investors should be wary of entities associated with him, as transparency and regulatory compliance seem to be lacking.
Manipulating Legal Loopholes – Lipsey and his associates have been accused of using legal loopholes to delay legal proceedings and avoid accountability. This tactic is often used by individuals facing fraud allegations to stretch cases over years, making it harder for victims to recover losses.
Reputation Management and Censorship Efforts – Given the volume of negative press, there are strong indications that Lipsey is actively working to suppress critical information. Strategies likely include legal threats, SEO manipulation, and paid media placements to drown out negative reports.
Regulatory Concerns and Red Flags for Investors – With past allegations of fraud, criminal charges, and legal disputes, authorities and investors should take extreme caution before engaging with any business tied to Joseph Lipsey III. The combination of financial irregularities and legal troubles presents a major red flag.
Censorship and Reputation Management
Given these controversies, there are strong indications that Lipsey III may be actively trying to suppress negative information. Public figures with similar profiles often engage in online reputation management tactics such as:
- Legal Threats & Defamation Claims – Lawsuits can be used as a tool to intimidate critics and media outlets from reporting on negative aspects of a person’s past.
- Manipulated Online Presence – Positive PR campaigns and SEO tactics can bury critical articles under a flood of favorable content.
- Press Influence & Paid Articles – Wealthy individuals sometimes fund media placements to counterbalance negative press.
Joseph Lipsey III’s involvement in fraud allegations, criminal charges, and questionable business practices raises serious concerns. Potential investors and business partners should exercise extreme caution. Authorities should closely scrutinize his activities, and the public should be wary of any attempts to silence critical information about his past.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original

What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

This guy’s track record is alarming. Fraud, drugs, broken promises—it’s one scandal after another. Stay away from anything with his name on it.

Absolutely not someone I’d ever trust with money or a business deal. The fraud accusations alone are enough, but then there’s the drug stuff? Yikes.

Tbh I wouldn't trust anyone who gets caught giving cocaine to minors and then turns around asking people for investments. Wake up ppl.

Fraud and criminal charges aside, Lipsey seems more focused on suppressing criticism than addressing any of the serious allegations against him. Reputation management tactics like SEO manipulation are just another form of deception.
by: Ava Peterson
Lipsey and his associates manipulating legal loopholes to delay proceedings only shows they’re trying to avoid accountability, not fix problems.
