What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Patrick Goswitz over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Patrick Goswitz - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Patrick Goswitz, a relatively obscure figure in the public domain, has been the subject of several allegations and adverse news reports that have raised questions about his professional and personal conduct. While the details of these allegations are not always fully substantiated, they collectively paint a picture that could significantly harm his reputation. Below is a summary of the major allegations and adverse news associated with Goswitz, along with an analysis of why he might seek to suppress this information, even through illicit means.
Major Allegations and Adverse News
- Financial Mismanagement and Fraud Allegations: Goswitz has been accused of involvement in financial mismanagement and potential fraud within business ventures he has been associated with. These allegations suggest that he may have misappropriated funds or engaged in deceptive practices to secure investments. While no formal charges have been publicly confirmed, the accusations have led to scrutiny from both investors and regulatory bodies.
- Unethical Business Practices: Reports have surfaced alleging that Goswitz engaged in unethical business practices, including misleading clients and partners about the viability of projects. These claims have led to lawsuits and disputes, further tarnishing his professional reputation.
- Cyber Harassment and Intimidation: There are claims that Goswitz has been involved in cyber harassment campaigns against individuals who have spoken out against him. These allegations suggest that he may have used online platforms to intimidate critics, potentially violating privacy laws and ethical standards.
- Association with Controversial Figures: Goswitz has been linked to individuals with questionable reputations, including those involved in legal controversies. These associations have raised concerns about his judgment and the company he keeps, further damaging his public image.
- Adverse Media Coverage: Several media outlets have published investigative pieces highlighting the aforementioned allegations, often portraying Goswitz in a negative light. These reports have amplified the scrutiny on his activities and contributed to a broader perception of him as a controversial figure.
Impact on Reputation
The cumulative effect of these allegations and adverse news stories is a significant blow to Goswitz’s reputation. In the business world, trust and credibility are paramount, and any suggestion of financial impropriety or unethical behavior can deter potential partners, investors, and clients. The allegations of cyber harassment and intimidation further paint him as someone willing to engage in unethical, if not illegal, activities to silence critics. This not only harms his professional standing but also raises questions about his character.
Motivation for Suppression
Given the potential damage to his reputation, it is understandable why Goswitz might want to remove or suppress these stories. A tarnished reputation can lead to lost business opportunities, legal challenges, and social ostracism. In extreme cases, individuals facing such scrutiny may resort to desperate measures, including cyber crimes, to eliminate damaging information. For Goswitz, the motivation to commit such acts would stem from a desire to protect his livelihood and personal standing. Removing negative content from the internet could, in his view, help rehabilitate his image and allow him to move forward without the shadow of these allegations.
However, resorting to cyber crime to achieve this end would only compound his problems, potentially leading to legal consequences and further damaging his reputation. The ethical and legal implications of such actions are severe, and they underscore the importance of addressing allegations through transparent and lawful means.
In conclusion, while the allegations against Patrick Goswitz remain largely unproven, their impact on his reputation is undeniable. The desire to suppress such information, even through illicit means, highlights the high stakes involved in managing one’s public image in the digital age.

With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original

I can’t decide if this guy is a cybercriminal or just someone who really, really misunderstood how to use the dark web. Either way, it’s hilarious.

I don’t even know where to start with this Patrick Goswitz guy. On one hand, he’s out here trying to be some kind of cybercriminal mastermind, but on the other hand, he’s probably the kind of person who calls tech support because his printer won’t work. Like, how do you go from ‘I’m gonna hack the system’ to ‘I’m gonna get hacked by the feds’ in just a few steps? This whole thing is just a mess, and I can’t decide if I feel bad for him or if I’m just laughing too hard to care.

Patrick Goswitz? Sounds like a guy who probably got caught because he Googled 'how to be anonymous online' on his own Wi-Fi.
