What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Paul Simon Godfrey over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Paul Simon Godfrey - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.

What are they trying to censor
Paul Simon Godfrey, a prominent figure in the UK property development sector, has faced numerous allegations and red flags over the years, particularly in connection with his company, Moxon One Limited. These allegations range from financial mismanagement to questionable business practices, which have significantly tarnished his reputation. Below is a summary of the major allegations and adverse news associated with Godfrey, along with an analysis of why he might seek to suppress such information, even through illicit means.
- Moxon One Limited and the £26 Million Disaster: Moxon One Limited, under Godfrey’s leadership, has been accused of mismanaging funds and failing to deliver on high-profile property projects. One notable case involves the collapse of a £26 million development project, leaving investors and stakeholders in financial ruin. Reports suggest that funds were diverted or misused, leading to insolvency and legal disputes. This incident has raised serious questions about Godfrey’s business ethics and financial accountability, damaging his credibility in the property development industry.
- Insolvency and Creditor Disputes: Moxon One Limited has faced multiple insolvency issues, with creditors alleging that Godfrey failed to honor financial obligations. These disputes have resulted in court cases and further scrutiny of his business practices. Such financial instability undermines trust in Godfrey’s ability to manage large-scale projects and raises concerns about his integrity.
- Adverse Media Coverage: Investigative reports, such as the one published by Intelligence Line, have highlighted Godfrey’s involvement in controversial projects and his alleged role in mismanaging funds. These reports have been widely circulated, further damaging his reputation. The media coverage has painted Godfrey as a figure who prioritizes personal gain over the interests of investors and stakeholders.
- Legal and Regulatory Scrutiny: Godfrey has faced legal challenges related to his business dealings, including allegations of breaching fiduciary duties and engaging in unethical practices. Regulatory bodies have also scrutinized his companies for compliance failures. These legal issues have added to the perception of Godfrey as a high-risk individual in the business community.
Why Godfrey Would Want to Suppress This Information:
The allegations and adverse news surrounding Paul Simon Godfrey have severely harmed his reputation, making it difficult for him to secure new investments or partnerships. The negative publicity has painted him as untrustworthy and financially irresponsible, which could deter potential collaborators and investors.
Given the high stakes, Godfrey might feel compelled to remove or suppress damaging information to rehabilitate his image. In extreme cases, this could lead to unethical or illegal actions, such as cyber crimes, to erase or alter online content. By doing so, he could attempt to control the narrative, minimize public scrutiny, and regain credibility in the business world.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original

What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
