What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Blockware Solutions LLC over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Blockware Solutions LLC - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Blockware Solutions LLC, a company that positions itself as a premier provider of Bitcoin mining equipment and hosting services, has recently come under intense scrutiny due to allegations of misrepresentation, operational incompetence, and attempts to suppress unfavorable information. These allegations have raised significant concerns among potential investors and industry observers alike.
The Faes & Company Lawsuit: Allegations of Deception and Incompetence
In December 2022, London-based Faes & Company filed a lawsuit against Blockware Solutions, alleging breach of contract, negligence, deceptive trade practices, and fraud. The lawsuit centers around a $525,000 agreement for 50 Bitcoin mining rigs and associated hosting services. Faes claims that Blockware misrepresented its hosting capabilities, leading to significant operational issues and financial losses.
According to the complaint, Blockware did not own or operate the necessary facilities to host the miners and lacked reliable power sources, resulting in prolonged downtime and significant revenue losses. Faes estimates damages of at least $250,000.
The lawsuit also alleges that Blockware unilaterally increased its fees for the energy used to operate the miners, attributing the hike to a “drastic increase in energy costs.” This move, coupled with the already unreliable hosting services, exacerbated Faes’ financial losses and further eroded trust in Blockware’s business practices.
Blockware’s Response: Denial and Deflection
In response to the lawsuit, Blockware’s CEO, Mason Jappa, dismissed the allegations as baseless, expressing confidence that the case would be dismissed. He characterized the lawsuit as an attempt by Faes’ CEO, Christian Faes, to coerce a settlement, suggesting that the legal action was motivated by the declining value of the mining rigs. Jappa also indicated that Blockware intended to countersue for defamation.
Implications for Investors and Regulatory Authorities
The allegations against Blockware Solutions serve as a stark warning to potential investors. Investing in companies that engage in deceptive practices, misrepresent their capabilities, and attempt to silence critics poses significant financial risks. Due diligence is not just advisable but essential when considering investments in such entities.
Regulatory authorities should also take note of these allegations. The cryptocurrency mining industry operates with relatively little oversight, making it fertile ground for unscrupulous actors. Investigations into companies like Blockware Solutions are necessary to protect investors and maintain the integrity of the market.
Blockware Solutions LLC: A Case Study in Corporate Malfeasance
The case of Blockware Solutions LLC underscores the importance of vigilance in the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency mining. Allegations of misrepresentation, operational failures, and attempts to suppress dissenting voices paint a concerning picture of a company that prioritizes its interests over those of its clients. Investors and authorities alike must approach such entities with caution, demanding transparency, accountability, and adherence to ethical business practices.
In an industry built on the principles of decentralization and openness, there is no place for companies that engage in deception and censorship. It is incumbent upon all stakeholders to ensure that the cryptocurrency space remains a realm of innovation and integrity, free from the shadows cast by bad actors like Blockware Solutions.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

Censorship doesn’t mine Bitcoin. But it looks like Blockware spent more time trying to silence critics than fix its failing services. If you can’t handle accountability, maybe don’t run a crypto business built on the promise of transparency.

Blockware allegedly promised top-tier Bitcoin hosting but delivered blackout-prone chaos and surprise surcharges. And when called out, their CEO played the victim and threatened defamation countersuits. Instead of owning the mess, they doubled down on denial. That’s not leadership it’s...

It’s pretty bold to jack up fees on a broken service and then call your customer’s lawsuit a shakedown. If that’s Blockware’s customer service strategy, no wonder investors are bailing.
by: Aisling Ash
Blockware’s pitch was all about cutting-edge crypto hosting. But when the rigs arrived, the reality was blackouts, fee hikes, and finger-pointing. Allegedly lacking their own facilities and saddled with unreliable power, they left Faes & Co. holding the bag and...

If you promise world-class mining facilities but don’t even own the infrastructure, that’s not innovation that’s industrial-grade gaslighting.

Blockware Solutions marketed themselves as industry leaders but delivered chaos instead. No hosting infrastructure, unreliable power, and sudden fee hikes? That’s not innovation it’s exploitation. The lawsuit just confirmed what many feared.

I’ve had a nightmare experience with Blockware. My mining rigs were delayed for months, and when they finally arrived, they didn’t even meet the specifications promised.

Blockware Solutions has been nothing but trouble. They misrepresented their services and overcharged for subpar equipment and hosting. Definitely not a company you can trust.
