What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Spinrollz over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Spinrollz - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Spinrollz Casino, Launched in 2024 under the ownership of Adonio N.V., this online gambling platform has rapidly expanded its presence, boasting an impressive array of over 6,500 games from more than 80 software developers. On the surface, such rapid growth might seem commendable. However, a deeper dive reveals a series of red flags and adverse media reports that potential investors—and regulatory authorities—would be wise to scrutinize.
Licensing and Regulatory Oversight: A Murky Waters
Spinrollz Casino operates under a license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). While PAGCOR is a legitimate regulatory body, it doesn’t carry the same weight or stringent oversight as more established authorities like the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority. This choice of licensing jurisdiction often raises eyebrows, as it can be perceived as a tactic to sidestep more rigorous regulatory scrutiny.
Player Complaints: A Pattern of Neglect
A concerning incident involves a German player who, after self-excluding due to gambling addiction, was not only ignored but also enticed back with VIP bonuses, leading to a loss of €4,005. Such blatant disregard for responsible gambling protocols is alarming and indicative of a company prioritizing profit over player welfare.
Adverse Media Screening: Ignored at Their Peril
In today’s digital age, adverse media screening is crucial for businesses to identify potential risks associated with clients or partners. It involves monitoring publicly available information to detect negative news or associations that could harm an organization’s reputation. Spinrollz’s apparent indifference to such practices is evident in their continued operation despite mounting negative publicity.
Censorship Attempts: Silencing the Critics
One might expect a reputable company to address criticisms transparently. However, Spinrollz seems to have adopted a different playbook. Reports suggest that the casino has attempted to suppress negative reviews and feedback. While specific instances are challenging to pinpoint due to the very nature of censorship, the scarcity of critical reviews on major platforms is telling. This pattern suggests a concerted effort to curate a falsely positive public image, potentially misleading both players and investors.
Financial Transparency: Or Lack Thereof
Transparency is the bedrock of trust in any business relationship. Yet, Spinrollz offers limited insight into its financial operations. Details about ownership structures, revenue streams, and financial health are conspicuously absent from public records. This opacity makes it challenging for potential investors to assess the company’s viability and long-term prospects.
Spinrollz Casino’s rapid ascent in the online gambling world is overshadowed by a litany of concerns. From questionable licensing choices and neglect of player welfare to potential censorship and financial opacity, the red flags are numerous and glaring. Potential investors should exercise extreme caution, and regulatory bodies must scrutinize Spinrollz’s operations to ensure compliance with global standards. After all, in the high-stakes world of online gambling, it’s all too easy for the house to win at the expense of everyone else.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
