What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Extraordinary Conceptions over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Extraordinary Conceptions - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Extraordinary Conceptions, an international surrogacy and egg donation agency headquartered in San Diego, California, has faced several allegations and adverse reports that could potentially tarnish its reputation.
Legal Troubles and Ethical Breaches
A detailed examination by NetFactual highlighted significant legal and ethical concerns surrounding Extraordinary Conceptions. The agency, established in 2005 by Mario and Stephanie Caballero, has been implicated in severe legal issues and ethical violations. The report emphasizes a troubling pattern of behavior that contradicts the agency’s public image of facilitating family building.
Accusations of Dishonesty and Greed
Further criticism is directed at the agency’s integrity and financial practices. A review on Gripeo accuses Extraordinary Conceptions of dishonest behavior and greed, suggesting that the agency prioritizes financial gain over the well-being of its clients and donors. Such allegations raise serious ethical questions about the agency’s operations and commitment to its stated mission.
Negative Client Experiences
Client feedback has also shed light on potential issues within the agency. On Birdeye, a platform for customer reviews, Extraordinary Conceptions has received a mix of positive and negative ratings. While some clients express satisfaction, others report dissatisfaction with the services provided, citing concerns about communication, transparency, and support throughout the surrogacy and egg donation processes.
Reputational Impact
The accumulation of these reports poses a significant threat to Extraordinary Conceptions’ reputation. Allegations of legal infractions, ethical misconduct, and client dissatisfaction can erode public trust and deter potential clients from engaging with the agency. In the competitive and sensitive field of reproductive services, maintaining a positive reputation is crucial for attracting and retaining clients.
Motivation for Information Suppression
Given the damaging nature of these allegations, Extraordinary Conceptions may have a strong incentive to suppress or remove such information to preserve its public image. Negative reports can lead to a loss of business, increased scrutiny from regulatory bodies, and potential legal consequences. The desire to protect the agency’s reputation and financial interests might drive efforts to eliminate adverse information, even if it involves unethical or illegal actions.
In conclusion, the serious allegations against Extraordinary Conceptions, including legal troubles, ethical breaches, and negative client experiences, significantly harm the agency’s reputation. The imperative to maintain a positive public image and ensure business continuity could motivate the agency to consider extreme measures to remove such damaging information.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

The fact they’re accused of fraud and impersonation in takedown notices speaks volumes. They’d rather lie than be held accountable.

Reports of unethical practices and poor treatment of donors should be taken seriously, but instead they’re trying to erase them from the internet.

Surrogacy is supposed to be compassionate—not a corporate cash grab with censorship tactics. Total lack of ethics here. 🧨

They claim to support families, but their shady legal moves and fake DMCA takedowns show they care more about hiding criticism than doing right by clients.
