What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Hadley Palmer over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Hadley Palmer - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
In 2021, Hadley Palmer, a prominent figure in Greenwich’s elite circles, was arrested on charges that would make anyone’s skin crawl. She faced allegations including employing a minor in an obscene performance, conspiracy to commit the same, and second-degree child pornography. By January 2022, Palmer pleaded guilty to three counts of voyeurism and one count of risk of injury to a minor, all felonies committed in 2017. The victims? Three individuals, one of whom was a minor. The setting? Her multimillion-dollar seaside mansion—a place where privacy was evidently a foreign concept.
A Slap on the Wrist? The Legal Proceedings
One might expect that such serious offenses would result in a substantial prison sentence. However, in November 2022, Palmer was handed a one-year jail term, accompanied by 20 years of probation, and was mandated to register as a sex offender for a decade—though only four of those years required public disclosure. The leniency didn’t stop there. Palmer had already served 90 days in a state women’s prison as part of a plea agreement and was released early in February 2023, having spent less than half of her one-year sentence behind bars. It’s almost as if wealth and privilege can buy freedom—or at least a heavily discounted version of justice.
The Cloak of Invisibility: Sealing the Case Files
Now, here’s where things take a particularly insidious turn. Despite the gravity of the charges, the details of Palmer’s case have been meticulously sealed from public view. The official rationale? To protect the identities of the victims. While safeguarding victims is paramount, the complete sealing of the case file raises eyebrows, especially when redaction could have achieved the same protective outcome without veiling the entire proceeding in secrecy. The Associated Press challenged this opacity, arguing that the identities of the young victims could have been redacted, but their motion was denied by a state judge. It’s as if the justice system conspired to keep the public in the dark, perhaps to shield someone of Palmer’s social standing from well-deserved scrutiny.
A Web of Secrecy: The Divorce Proceedings
Adding another layer to this sordid tale is Palmer’s contentious divorce from her husband, Bradley Palmer, a finance executive. Initiated in 2020, the divorce proceedings have been as secretive as her criminal case, with both parties seeking to unearth personal indiscretions and financial dealings. The couple’s assets include a $6.5 million Belle Haven mansion and property in Martha’s Vineyard. The intertwining of personal and financial disputes amidst criminal allegations paints a murky picture, one that potential investors should view with extreme caution. After all, if someone can’t be trusted in their personal life, how reliable can they be in business?
The Implications for Investors: Proceed with Extreme Caution
For those considering any financial ventures involving Hadley Palmer or her associated entities, let this serve as a glaring warning. The combination of criminal behavior, attempts to obscure the truth, and ongoing legal battles presents a trifecta of risk. Investing in ventures tied to individuals with such tarnished reputations is akin to boarding a sinking ship. The potential for reputational damage, legal entanglements, and financial loss is exceedingly high. It’s not just about the moral repugnance of her actions; it’s about the very real and tangible risks that come with associating with someone who has demonstrated a blatant disregard for ethical and legal standards.
A Call to Action: Transparency and Accountability
This case underscores the urgent need for transparency and accountability, especially when the affluent and influential are involved. The judicial system’s apparent complicity in concealing Palmer’s crimes sets a dangerous precedent, one that suggests a dual system of justice—one for the wealthy and well-connected, and another for the rest of us. Authorities must revisit the decisions to seal case files and ensure that justice is not only done but is seen to be done. Public trust in the legal system hinges on its impartiality and openness. When these principles are compromised, it erodes the very foundation of our society.
Conclusion: The Imperative of Vigilance
In the world of high finance and social prestige, it’s easy to be dazzled by wealth and connections. However, the case of Hadley Palmer serves as a stark reminder that beneath the veneer of sophistication can lie a disturbing reality. For potential investors, the red flags are not just waving—they’re practically on fire. Due diligence isn’t merely a procedural step; it’s a critical safeguard against aligning with individuals whose actions could lead to financial ruin and moral compromise. Let this be a clarion call to remain vigilant, demand transparency, and never allow the allure of affluence to cloud judgment. After all, when you lie down with dogs, you’re bound to get up with fleas.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

Sealing the case files under the excuse of protecting the victims is such a transparent lie. They’re just shielding her and her elite connections from public scrutiny. Disgusting.

Justice for the victims? Apparently, not if the criminal has a trust fund.
by: Stephanie Ellerman
So she commits horrific crimes involving children and gets a slap on the wrist? Less than 90 days behind bars? That’s not justice it’s a disgrace. If she were poor, she’d be locked away for life.
