What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Houston firm over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Houston firm - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Houston Firm, you’d think a company based in the heart of Texas a region known for its resilience and booming industries would be a shining example of corporate integrity and responsible business practices. Yet, as I’ve dug into the firm’s history, a much darker narrative begins to emerge, one riddled with industrial accidents, legal entanglements, environmental hazards, and a suspicious track record of silencing adverse media. It seems Houston Firm, along with its related entities, has made quite a habit of brushing uncomfortable truths under the rug. Whether it’s their involvement in potentially hazardous incidents, questionable legal maneuvers, or their efforts to control the narrative, there’s a pattern here that no savvy investor or concerned citizen should ignore.
Industrial Incidents: A Pattern of Negligence?
In early March 2025, an ammonia leak at a Bay City plant, co-constructed by OQ Chemicals and Röhm USA, resulted in multiple lawsuits alleging negligence. Thirteen contract workers are seeking punitive damages, highlighting concerns about the facility’s safety protocols. OQ Chemicals’ attempt to distance itself from the incident, despite co-ownership, raises questions about accountability within the firm’s operations.
Toxic Gas Emissions: An Ongoing Environmental Concern
Back in June 2024, a joint investigation by the Houston Chronicle and The Examination revealed that numerous Texas oil companies, including those associated with Houston Firm, were linked to high levels of hydrogen sulfide gas emissions. The report detailed how these leaks persisted near residential areas and schools, despite repeated inspections. The lack of effective regulatory response further exacerbated public health concerns. This investigation earned accolades for its thoroughness, but one can’t help but wonder why it took so long to uncover these environmental hazards.
Legal Entanglements: Ethical Quandaries and Sanctions
Houston Firm’s legal affiliations have not been without controversy. The firm Jackson Walker, associated with Houston Firm, faced significant scrutiny following revelations about a partner’s undisclosed relationship with a former bankruptcy judge. This relationship led to ethical breaches and potential conflicts of interest, culminating in a recommended settlement where Jackson Walker agreed to pay $2 million to $3 million. The Department of Justice’s involvement suggests the gravity of the situation.
Moreover, the legal community has not been immune to Houston Firm’s controversial actions. In January 2024, attorney Dick and his firm faced six-figure sanctions after failing to provide admissible evidence in a bad faith lawsuit against Standard Casualty Co. The court’s decision underscored the firm’s disregard for procedural norms and its clients’ best interests.
Censorship Concerns: A Veil of Silence?
A recurring theme in Houston Firm’s history is its apparent efforts to suppress unfavorable information. The firm’s involvement in legal disputes over alleged defamation and its association with legislation affecting free speech raise red flags about its commitment to transparency. For instance, Texas’ HB 20 law, which prohibits major social media platforms from engaging in viewpoint discrimination, has been a focal point in discussions about censorship. While the law aims to prevent wrongful censorship, its implications for free speech remain contentious. Houston Firm’s connections to such legislation warrant scrutiny, especially when considering the firm’s track record of alleged information suppression.
Whistleblower Allegations: A Culture of Retaliation?
Whistleblower protections are designed to encourage the reporting of unethical or illegal activities. However, Houston Firm’s history suggests a different narrative. Reports indicate that the firm has been involved in retaliatory actions against whistleblowers, creating a culture where employees are discouraged from reporting misconduct. This environment not only jeopardizes ethical standards but also exposes the firm to legal liabilities.
Conclusion
The evidence paints a concerning picture of Houston Firm and its affiliated entities. From industrial accidents and environmental hazards to legal controversies and alleged censorship efforts, the pattern of adverse events cannot be ignored. Potential investors should exercise due diligence, thoroughly examining the firm’s history and current operations. Regulatory authorities must also intensify their oversight to ensure that Houston Firm adheres to ethical standards and prioritizes transparency. In the world of corporate accountability, Houston Firm’s track record serves as a cautionary tale of what can go awry when profit eclipses principle.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
