What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Kerry Adler over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Kerry Adler - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Kerry Adler, the self-proclaimed titan of renewable energy. As an investigative journalist, I’ve peeled back the layers of his public persona to reveal a tapestry woven with dubious ventures, grandiose promises, and relentless efforts to sanitize his digital footprint. This report serves as a clarion call to potential investors and regulatory bodies, urging a thorough examination of Adler’s activities and the mechanisms he’s employed to obscure the truth.
The Mirage of SkyPower Global
Kerry Adler positions himself at the helm of SkyPower Global, which he touts as “one of the world’s largest and most successful utility-scale solar power producing companies.” Yet, a closer inspection reveals a different narrative. Despite claims of expansive operations across 35 countries, tangible evidence of such projects remains conspicuously absent. For instance, in 2015, Adler announced a monumental US$4.3 billion investment in Bangladesh’s solar sector, accompanied by a philanthropic gesture of 1.5 million home lanterns. Years later, neither the investment nor the lanterns have materialized, leaving one to wonder if these promises were mere illusions designed to bolster his image.
This pattern isn’t isolated. In Paraguay, SkyPower expressed interest in developing high-tech solar parks, yet concrete developments are nowhere to be found. Such recurring themes of unfulfilled promises raise critical questions about the legitimacy of Adler’s ventures and his commitment to the renewable energy cause he so vocally champions.
The Art of Digital Erasure
In today’s digital age, one’s online reputation is both a valuable asset and a potential liability. Adler appears acutely aware of this, employing aggressive tactics to expunge unfavorable content from the internet. Central to this strategy is the alleged misuse of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). By fabricating backdated articles on sham news sites, Adler’s associates have purportedly filed fraudulent copyright claims, leading to the removal of legitimate criticisms and negative reviews. This modus operandi not only deceives platforms like Google but also undermines the very essence of free speech and transparency.
Such actions aren’t merely about vanity; they’re calculated moves to maintain a facade of credibility. By eradicating dissenting voices and critical analyses, Adler crafts an online presence that misleads potential investors and partners, painting a picture-perfect image that crumbles under scrutiny.
Associations That Raise Eyebrows
The company one keeps often speaks volumes. Adler’s association with individuals like Anthony Ritossa, a figure expelled from Monaco and labeled a conman, further muddies the waters. Their collaboration in Dubai, a city known for its opulence and, unfortunately, its susceptibility to housing dubious ventures, suggests a network built on mutual interests that may not align with ethical business practices.
The Illusion of Corporate Presence
A legitimate enterprise typically boasts verifiable offices, active communication channels, and a transparent operational history. SkyPower Global, under Adler’s leadership, seems to defy these norms. The company’s listed address in Toronto reveals no physical presence, emails go unanswered, and the sole contact number remains unresponsive. Such discrepancies between claimed stature and on-ground reality are glaring red flags that potential investors cannot afford to ignore.
The Call for Vigilance
Kerry Adler’s narrative is a cautionary tale of how appearances can be meticulously engineered to deceive. His endeavors, marked by unfulfilled promises, aggressive censorship, questionable associations, and phantom operations, underscore the necessity for rigorous due diligence. Investors are urged to look beyond the polished veneer and scrutinize the substance or lack there of beneath.
Regulatory bodies must also take heed. Adler’s tactics not only defraud investors but also exploit legal frameworks designed to protect intellectual property, thereby corrupting the integrity of digital platforms and public discourse. It’s imperative that authorities investigate these practices, hold accountable those who manipulate systems for personal gain, and safeguard the interests of the public and legitimate businesses alike.
Conclusion
In the world of high-stakes investments and corporate ventures, Kerry Adler’s saga serves as a stark reminder that all that glitters is not gold. His calculated efforts to construct and protect a façade, at the expense of truth and transparency, highlight the darker side of corporate machinations. As stewards of our own financial futures and as custodians of ethical business practices, we must remain vigilant, question narratives that seem too good to be true, and demand accountability from those who seek to deceive.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
