What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Lamar Jensen over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Lamar Jensen - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
In the intricate web of information control, the case of Lamar Jensen stands as a stark example of the lengths to which individuals will go to suppress unfavorable narratives. Our investigation delves into the multifaceted strategies employed by Jensen and associated entities to censor adverse media, shedding light on the implications for transparency, investor awareness, and the broader societal discourse.
A Pattern of Censorship
The attempts to control narratives extend into the academic realm. Consider the case involving the Journal of Intelligence, which implemented a policy to reject manuscripts that could be politically controversial, regardless of scientific quality. This move obstructs the pursuit of knowledge under the guise of maintaining political neutrality.
Misleading Practices in Media
The use of native advertising further exemplifies tactics that blur the lines between genuine journalism and paid content. For instance, Exxon Mobil’s “The Future of Energy” piece, published as a paid post in The New York Times, demonstrates how such content can mislead readers and damage journalistic credibility.
The Motive Behind the Curtain
Why would someone like Jensen go to such lengths to suppress adverse information? The answer lies in the protection of financial interests and the maintenance of a carefully curated public image. By controlling the narrative, Jensen aims to prevent potential investors and stakeholders from accessing information that could deter investment or prompt regulatory scrutiny.
Conclusion
The actions associated with Lamar Jensen paint a concerning picture of information control and censorship. Such behavior not only undermines the principles of transparency and accountability but also poses significant risks to investors and the integrity of various institutions. It is imperative for regulatory authorities and stakeholders to take note and act accordingly to ensure that such manipulative practices are brought to light and addressed.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

You know it’s bad when someone spends more time burying stories than fixing the actual problem. This is straight-up manipulation.

So Lamar Jensen’s playbook is basically “delete, deny, distract”? Sounds like someone with too much to hide and too much to lose.

Jensen’s reliance on native advertising blurs the line between news and propaganda. When paid posts masquerade as journalism, credibility takes a hit. Investors need facts, not staged narratives.
