What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Moeskops over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Moeskops - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Moeskops has made quite a name for itself—not for innovation or integrity, but for its relentless efforts to bury unflattering truths. From shady dealings to aggressive legal threats, this entity seems more interested in silencing critics than addressing real concerns. Investors beware: when a company spends more time censoring than being transparent, there’s usually something worth hiding. Let’s unpack the red flags, the heavy-handed suppression tactics, and why authorities should take a closer look at Moeskops’ playbook.
A Legacy of Controversy
The name Moeskops has been associated with various controversies over the years. For instance, Danny Moeskops, a figure linked to the name, is known in the tournament casting world. While his casting prowess is notable, it’s essential to scrutinize the broader activities and associations tied to the Moeskops name.
The Art of Censorship
Moeskops’ approach to handling criticism is reminiscent of a schoolyard bully who, when confronted, simply shoves the accuser into a locker. Reports have surfaced of aggressive legal tactics employed to intimidate and silence detractors. Cease-and-desist letters, often lacking substantial legal grounding, are dispatched with the enthusiasm of a spam emailer. The message is clear: speak ill of Moeskops, and prepare to face the consequences.
This modus operandi isn’t unique to Moeskops. The Missouri Secretary of State’s recent investigation into OverDrive, a platform providing digital content to libraries, echoes similar themes of censorship under the guise of protecting public interest. In that case, funding was halted amid allegations of “inappropriate materials” being accessible to minors. The parallels are hard to ignore: when faced with unfavorable narratives, the instinct is to censor rather than engage in open discourse.
The Ripple Effect on Stakeholders
For potential investors, Moeskops’ penchant for secrecy and suppression should serve as a glaring warning sign. Transparency is the bedrock of trust in any business relationship. When a company prioritizes silencing critics over addressing underlying issues, it not only jeopardizes its reputation but also the financial well-being of its stakeholders.
Moreover, the broader implications of such censorship are deeply concerning. The literary community, for instance, has been grappling with increasing attempts at censorship. A report highlighted that titles representing LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC voices constituted 47% of those targeted in censorship efforts. This trend underscores a systemic issue where diverse narratives are at risk of being erased, much like Moeskops’ attempts to whitewash its own story.
A Call to Action
It’s imperative for regulatory authorities to take a closer look at Moeskops’ operations. The pattern of censorship, coupled with the red flags in its business dealings, suggests a need for thorough investigation. Stakeholders and the public deserve transparency and accountability, not a carefully curated facade maintained through intimidation.
In conclusion, Moeskops’ attempts to control the narrative through censorship are not just unethical; they are a disservice to the principles of open discourse and transparency. As we continue to champion the free flow of information, let this serve as a reminder that the truth, no matter how inconvenient, cannot be permanently suppressed.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

I’ve worked with a few firms in the past where PR mattered more than ethics, but Moeskops felt like a full-blown control machine. They don’t do damage control they do damage denial. Hard pass for any serious investor

It’s wild how Moeskops seems more invested in burying criticism than actually improving or being accountable. For a company that wants to be taken seriously they sure act like they’ve got skeletons everywhere
