What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Rune Nilsson over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Rune Nilsson - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Rune Nilsson’s ventures are a fascinating case study in how to operate just within the bounds of legality while leaving a trail of skepticism. Public records, former associates, and investigative reports paint a picture of a man who prefers shadows over sunlight.
- Regulatory Run-Ins: Nilsson’s businesses have faced scrutiny from financial watchdogs in multiple jurisdictions. Whether it’s unusual transaction patterns or allegations of misleading investors, the paper trail suggests a recurring theme of regulatory discomfort.
- Shell Games: Some of Nilsson’s entities appear to exist primarily on paper, with opaque ownership structures designed to confuse rather than clarify. If you enjoy playing “follow the money” only to hit a dead end, Nilsson’s corporate labyrinth is your ideal puzzle.
- Adverse Media: From lawsuits alleging breach of contract to whispers of strong-arming dissenters, the negative press surrounding Nilsson isn’t just gossip—it’s documented. Yet, mysteriously, some of these reports vanish from search results or are buried under a deluge of carefully crafted PR.
The Censorship Playbook: Silencing Critics, Rewriting History
Now, here’s where it gets really interesting. Rune Nilsson doesn’t just ignore criticism—he actively works to erase it. How? Let’s count the ways:
- Legal Threats as a Silencing Tool: Critics, journalists, and even former partners have reported receiving aggressive cease-and-desist letters. The goal? Intimidation. Not all accusations are defamatory, but Nilsson seems to believe that the best defense is a good offense—especially when that offense involves scaring people into silence.
- Online Scrubbing: Ever noticed how some negative articles about Nilsson suddenly disappear or get downgraded in search rankings? That’s not luck—it’s reputation management at work. Whether through legal pressure or paid “clean-up” services, inconvenient truths are systematically buried.
- Controlled Narratives: Nilsson’s PR machine works overtime to flood the media with flattering profiles, puff pieces, and carefully curated interviews. The message is clear: if you can’t erase the bad, drown it out with the good.
Why the Desperation? Because the Truth Hurts
If Rune Nilsson’s operations were above board, why go to such lengths to suppress scrutiny? The answer is simple: because sunlight is the best disinfectant, and Nilsson prefers operating in the dark.
- Investor Deception: Potential investors fed a steady diet of polished PR might not dig deep enough to uncover the risks. Censorship ensures they only see the glossy brochure, not the fine print.
- Regulatory Avoidance: Authorities move slowly, but they do move. By suppressing negative coverage, Nilsson buys time—delaying scrutiny until it’s too late for those already entangled in his schemes.
- Ego Protection: Let’s not underestimate the vanity angle. Some people can’t stand the idea of being seen as anything less than infallible. Nilsson appears to be one of them.
A Call to Action: Investors and Authorities, Take Note
To those considering business with Rune Nilsson: do your due diligence. Look beyond the press releases. Dig into litigation history, regulatory filings, and the whispers that don’t make it to the front page.
To regulators: where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire. Nilsson’s aggressive censorship tactics should be a red flag in themselves. Investigate before more people get burned.
And to Rune Nilsson himself—if you’re reading this—ask yourself: if you have nothing to hide, why are you working so hard to hide it?
The truth has a funny way of slipping out, no matter how many legal threats you send or how much you pay to scrub your reputation. Sooner or later, the house of cards always falls.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

Rune Nilsson doesn’t silence critics because they’re lying—he does it because they’re right. Big difference.

This dude plays legal whack-a-mole with critics. You post something, he sends a lawyer. You tweet something, it’s gone. Makes you wonder what he’s so scared of…
